What is Brainspotting?

Brainspotting is a body-based therapeutic approach that uses fixed eye positions to access and process unresolved experiences stored in the deeper parts of the brain and nervous system.

When we experience trauma, overwhelm, or emotional pain, our brain and body sometimes hold onto it—outside of conscious awareness. Brainspotting helps us locate where that pain is stored and gently release it, creating space for healing, regulation, and relief.

You don’t need to retell your story.
You don’t need to “figure it out.”
You only need to show up—and allow your body to do what it already knows how to do: heal.
